Entry Requirements

Eligibility for Nepali Students

Undergraduate

  • 1

    Minimum 70% in 12-year schooling (NEB +2).

    IELTS 5.5-6.0 or TOPIK Level 3+.

Postgraduate

  • 1

    Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.

  • 2

    IELTS 6.0-6.5 or TOPIK Level 4-5.

Visa Process

D-2 Student Visa Journey

Step 1: Certificate of Admission

Receive your COA from a Korean university after admission.

Step 2: Apply for NOC

Obtain your No Objection Certificate online from MOEST.

Step 3: TB Test

Complete mandatory TB health check at IOM Kathmandu.

Step 4: Apostille Documents

Get your academic documents apostilled for official recognition.

Step 5: Embassy Submission

Apply for D-2 visa at the Korean Embassy in Kathmandu.
